Restaurant Schäfli

This cozy and authentic restaurant is led by a gregarious landlady called Lili and her team. It is truly a restaurant for anyone and everyone including a function room, a bowling-alley and outside terrace area.

The ``Schäfli`` restaurant is located in Oberdorf, which is the perfect location for any hikers that want to quench their thirst after pounding the trails of Mount Rigi. Guests can hang out on the small terrace and rest their weary legs over a drink while chatting with the friendly landlady.

The ``Schäfli`` is the perfect place to stop at if you`d like to get a sense of how village life is in the lovely lake-side town of Gersau. Here, you will quickly find yourself engrossed in a conversation with the locals, whether it is with members of the local gymnastics club, a local farmer, or one of the retirees enjoying coffee and cake.

The function room on the second-level can be used for events of any kind, such as meetings or family gatherings although please be advised that any catering requirements need to be arranged externally: this is because the ``Schäfli`` is not a restaurant. The landlady is well-versed in arranging external catering, so this is absolutely no problem.

The ``Schäfli`` also has a bowling alley (``Kegeln`` not US-Bowling standard) which can be rented on request. How about a friendly match between friends or family?
