On our website, you have the option to subscribe to our newsletter. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our subscribers and want you to know how we collect, use, and share your personal data.
  • Personal data collected by us: If you sign up for our newsletter, we will collect your email address. We may also collect other personal data (first and last name) if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of optional survey questions. We also use the so-called double opt-in process during the sign-up process. This means that after signing up for the newsletter, you will receive an email in which you must explicitly sign up for the newsletter again.
  • Use of your personal data: We use your email address to send you our newsletters. We may also use your personal data to personalize the content of our newsletter or to understand how our subscribers interact with our newsletter. This consent serves as our legal basis for processing your email address according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
  • Sharing of your personal data: We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the protection of rights, property, or security of ourselves or others. We may also share your personal data with service providers who support us in operating our newsletter, such as email marketing providers. These service providers may only use your personal data for the purposes for which they were hired and are not authorized to use your personal data for their own purposes.
  • Your rights in relation to your personal data: You have the right to access your personal data at any time, to correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of it. You also have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time or unsubscribe from our newsletter by using the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.
  • Data storage: We will store your personal data for as long as you are a subscriber to our newsletters or until you unsubscribe. We may also store your personal data for a reasonable period of time after you unsubscribe for record-keeping purposes and to fulfill legal obligations. Further processing is only carried out in anonymous form for the optimization of our newsletter.
  • Changes to this privacy policy: We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will publish all updates on this page and we recommend that you review this privacy policy regularly.
  • We would like to inform you that we use the external provider "Braze" to send our newsletters. Braze, Inc.
