The machine-prepared toboggan run leads over 2.3 km in length and 360 metres in altitude from the top station of the Illgau-St. Karl cable car down to the village.
It is also recommended to try out the handmade ski racks, which can be rented at the valley station. The trail is prepared daily in good snow and weather conditions. Sledges or Skibock(Gemel) can be rented at the valley station (Fr. 8.- per sledge or Skibock / depot Fr. 20.-)
Night sledging every Saturday, when snow conditions are good. (The toboggan run is not lit, make sure you have suitable lighting).

Getting thereFrom Schwyz you drive in the direction of Muotathal. After Schlattli turn left to Illgau and in a few minutes you will reach Illgau.
ParkingPlease use the free parking spaces at the valley station. Further free public parking spaces are located below the church. From there it is about 200 meters on foot in an easterly direction to the valley station of the Illgau - St.Karl cable car.
